You should be ok with this config.
First of all, it`s recommended to use the slots further away from the CPU socket (2 and 4), which should move the RAM away from the cooler fan.
Second option is to raise a bit the fan so that it doesn`t touch the RAM (shouldn`t anyway if you use slots 2 and 4).
Third option is to move the fan on the other side of the heatsink, making it a pull action, which removed the fan from the side of the RAM, and completely avoids any issue.
The temp difference to making the fan a pull in stead of push should be minimal.
