AI suite II? Getting a pop up warning for Voltage

I was watching a downloaded movie and twice i have seen a pop up that is only there for like 3 seconds that say voltage 3.4v???
This is a new occurrence that had never happened before but now this last week it happened twice
and both times while watching a movie on the pc???
is this a asus suite warning or something else?

I think i found the problem!
I was reading about another person who had a very similar issue with this AI suite II
and found that i had MSI afterburner running with the AI suite.
AI suite can perform weird when another monitoring utility is running.

No sorry i don't know how to do that but i went into asus suite and found a alert log
and seen that this was a change of the Voltage(+3.3/ 0000 for abnormal) but returned to normal(3.3/ 3.344) the very next second later?
There are quite a few abnormal happenings in this alert log but nothing has happened to the PC.
for whatever reason these two pop up's are the only times they showed up on screen?
I am going to guess there is nothing to be too concerned about?
the MB is the ASUS P8Z77 V LK

yes you are right, but i did nothing to cause any change in the voltage?
I was just watching a movie?
Was also reading on the web how asus suite can be very buggy at times?
