How much do I need to spend on a decent PC that can get good frames on games like GTA 5 or Battlefield Hardline.

I'm thinking about building my first gaming PC instead of buying. What is the minimum amount I would need to spend on a PC that could handle GTA 5, Battlefield Hardline, DayZ, etc on decent frames. I already have a PS4 but want to try PC gaming instead.

building a pc like that will only cost you more money in the future. im still running a am2 socket motherboard with a amd phenom II x6 and get good frames you need to build one for the future so the only thing you need to upgrade is the video card from time to time and you still dont need to spend alot. unfortunately i have to build a new one for this new generation
