HI! im BRAND NEW to anything in computer hardware (basically) but i would like to build a computer! i have gathered alot of parts (mainly from newegg) and i would love it if someone could look them over.note: i will be getting the tower case and a power source from my aunt that has a tower.(do i need to worry about the powersource being outdated?
the parts are:AMD FX-8350 Black Edition Vishera 8-Core 4.0GHz (4.2GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 125W Desktop Processor FD8350FRHKBOX -processer
SAMSUNG 850 EVO-Series MZ-75E250B/AM 2.5" 250GB SATA III 3-D Vertical Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) –hard drive
Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 –graphics card
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL –ram
ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 AM3+ AMD 990FX + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS –motherboard
Creative Sound Blaster Z PCIe 116dB SNR Gaming Sound Card with 600ohm Headphone Amp and Beamforming Microphone -soundcard

anything i am going overboared on? how spendy is this? anything i am going underboard on? what do i do to connect to usb? will this run and run well for gaming?
thanks a whole bunch to anyone who replies in detail!

Solution
I'd buy a new PSU, specially with that video card, only chance to reuse that PSU is if it were a really quality model. Also make sure that case will be able to fit the GTX 970.

Other than that it looks fine overall, i don't understand what you mean by "connect to usb", connect what? The build is solid for gaming at max settings.

Having said that, if you haven't bought anything yet, and you intend to use it for gaming only, you'd be better with an Intel i5 CPU, any i5 CPU really will do better than the FX 8350 in gaming since games don't benefit from beyond 4 cores.
