Something in my computer is making wierd noise (VIDEO INCLUDED)

In my new pc that i got a month ago, it is starting to make a strange rumbling sound, its hard to hear in the vid but it is quiet yet it gets really annoying, it started happening after i cleaned and reaaplied thermal paste to the stock cpu fan. could i get an evo cooler master with my case to fix the problem?

OEM fans are usually crap consider replacing the entire cooler with a Cool Master TX3 it is a little shorter than a EVO but still gives your great cooling.

yup the bearings smoked in the fan need a new one an yes an 212 evo will fix it good cooler for short money 35$ just make sure you have the clearance height for it
