How long will the ASRock H97M motherboard last me?

Hello I am thinking about upgrading to an i5 4460 and getting an ASRock H97M motherboard to go with it but I was wondering how long will it last because I don't want to have to get a new motherboard in a year or two, I will not be doing any overclocking.

It should last a long time, there is no reason that it or any motherboard would die in a year or two. They last a very long time. I've used plenty of 10+ year old motherboards before.

The board has a 3 year warranty. Hopefully it will last a long time past the 3 years. But shite does happen. Tha i5 should do nicely with that MB.
