Need help to update bios from usb

Can someone guide me on how to update my MSI A55M-E33 Motherboard. i currently have a AMD A4-4000 CPU but i'm trying to use my AMD Athlon X4 860k. So in order to use the 860k i need a bios update for my motherboard but i don't know how. Please can anyone help me

if the motherboard is posting it a few easy steps to put the newest bios file on the mb. if the mb is not. then you need a cpu that will post with the bios you have or if the chip can be replaced have msi send you a new bios chip or have msi update the bios or return the mb for a unit that has the newest bios on it.
if the mb is posting and you can get into the bios then from another pc click on this link and download and unzip to your usb stick the bios file.

then plug the usb stick into a usb 2.0 port and power on your pc and go into the bios.
when your in the efi bios click on the utlility tab and then go under bios update tool.
click on bios update and let the bios updater read the bios file from the usb stick and let it flash your bios.
dont flash your bios if it already up to date. check on the first page of the efi bios the bios rev or look at the bios rev stick on the bios.

The AMD Athlon X4 860K (FM2+) does not appear on the CPU Support List for that motherboard (FM2). I don't think a BIOS update is going to do you any good.
