As I said I wanted to build a PC jsut for Gaming (not for work , photoshop, vedio rendering)

I just want a pc which supports all games which i throw at it and I already have R9 270X with me ..

I can see that H97 and z97 mobo are cheaper than amd mobo  , so planing to go with intel so if i needed a future ugrade , it wont be necessary to change my Mobo ...or even is fx 6300 fine for gaming??

4670 will perform the best out of the three but only marginally better than the 4440 in my opinion. FX 6300 is also not a bad CPU for the price and performs well for entry/average high end gaming but will fall behind the i5 CPUs.

well it has 6 unlocked cores and it is a good mid tier processor. but even an i3-4150 will outperform it in terms of gaming even if the 6300 is overclocked to like a 4ghz.

it will play most games even new titles with desirable FPS. - (it wont bottleneckthe r9 270x much because the 270x is also a mid tier gpu now - i would worry about bottlenecking if the gpu where r9 280x or gtx 770 above)

well if you had a gtx 970 / 980 or r9 290x i would have suggested the K series i5

but since you already have a r9 270x, an i5 4440 / 4460 will be more than enough for the card.

Yes the 4460 is compatible with a Z series motherboard. But unless you're planning on upgrading to an unlocked i5/i7 soon it wouldn't be financially ideal to go from a locked i5 to a unlocked i5/i7. Better to stick with the i5 until it doesn't perform well enough (will be a few years) then sell your old stuff and just build new. But one good reason to go with Z series motherboard even without getting an unlocked processor is for the SLI/Crossfire capabilities

Yup all the i3,i5,i7 4XXX are Haswell CPUs which all fit the LGA1150 socket. H/Z97 and H/Z87 are both LGA 1150 socket. So any Haswell CPU will fit any H97/Z97 motherboard. So yes the i5 4440 will work with the two motherboards you have listed

I thought you wanted to save money for a gaming-only build? In that case you won't need 6 sata 3.0 ports or 6 usb 3.0 ports I'd say, let alone m.2 slots on some z97 boards. So you're completely fine with a h81 (2 ram slots, 2 sata 3.0, 2 usb 3.0) or b85 board (2/4 ram slots, 2-6 sata 3, 2-6 usb 3.0 - the gigabyte b85 d3h actually has more features than most h97 boards and costs a ton less) and save up to $50 for no loss in a gaming machine.
