Hi everyone, I'm going to upgrade my PC and here is my Future Specs, Please suggest me Changes If needed :)

AMD FX 8320
MSI 990FXA-GD80
Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Edition
Total 16GB of G.skill Ripjaws ( 8GB Already in PC )
Corsair CS650m PSU
Samsung 840 Evo - 120GB
Western Digital 1TB Black ( WD1003FZEX )
Cooler Master Siedon 120v

+NZXT Phantom 530 which I already have ..

P.S - I want a AIO Liquid Cooler as I don't like Tower Coolers in my PC :) Will anything in my PC bottleneck ??? I currently also have a FX6300 so If I changed my Processor from FX8320 to FX6300 - Will It bottleneck a GTX 970 on 1080p ???

If it doesn't then I could use up that money saved from Processor and invest it in like a better AIO Liquid Cooler or SSD :)

The Corsair CS series have high inrush current and +12V ripple levels and are not recommended for a high end PC. Just stick to the 8 GB for now, unless you find yourself running out. The 8320 and 6300 will both bottleneck the 970. The 8350 (an overclocked 8320) can drive Far Cry 4 at 61 FPS, while a GTX 970 can do it at 71 FPS at FHD/Ultra.

When upgrading the motherboard too do i agree that intel is a better option.Otherwise stick to what you have and see if you can overclock that Fx 6300 on the motherboard you have with a decent cooler. Can you see if it's going to make a difference.

Do you want to overclock?

Make sure the ram you buy with the ones you already have is the same type/speed/voltage and latency's if possible, the last three at least.

With an ssd in the pc would i just go for a WD blue as a data disk, saves already some money which could go to a larger ssd.

I wouldn't bother with the extra RAM unless you're doing video editing or rendering.

Do you want to go for sli? (2xgtx970)

Otherwise is the 750watt overkill and could you go for one of these,
http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/compare/antec-power-supply-tp550c%2Cseasonic-power-supply-m12ii620bronze%2Cxfx-power-supply-xfxts550w/
to show you don't have to spend that kind of money on a psu and still have a good one.Aagin could money spend somewhere else like a i5 4590 which has a higher turbo or/and that cooler which still would be nice regarding that turbo function.
For a little more would you have a nicer motherboard too,

not for the whole build, but for the cpu/motherboard combination, maybe hdd and psu (also can do sli) too.

For ram is 8gb indeed still enough.

So here is my Updated Build - http://pcpartpicker.com/p/BY6tsY

I wont OC my Processor so that's why I didn't opted for " K " edition and it was also expensive and as you guys said that 8GB ram is enough so I didn't included the Ram + I right now have a WD Blue Drive and I will not buy WD Black with these updgrades, In Future maybe :p and the PSU is actually Seasonic M12II-750 Evo but for some reason the PSU wasn't listed on PC part picker .... And as I live in India so Components are way to overpriced here so the actual cost of these Parts are ---

i5 4690 - 15,885 Indian Rupee or $264.75
Asus B85-Pro Gamer - 8,499 Indian Rupee or $141.65 ( Only part that is cheaper than US price :p )
Zotac GTX 970 - 27,040 Indian Rupee or $450.66
Corsair H60 - 4,745 Indian Rupee or $80
Seasonic M12II-750 Bronze Evo Edition - 8,200 Indian Rupee or $136.66
Samsung 840 EVO 120 GB - 5,216 Indian Rupee or $87

Is this build Okay now ? :)

You don't need aftermarket cooling solutions for a non-K chip, just use the little heatsink that comes with the i5
The B85 motherboard likely won't work with the 4690 out of the box, get a cheap H97 instead
You only need a ~550w PSU for that build
