I have this stick:
samsung-1gb-1rx4-pc2-3200r-333-10-c1-ecc-server-ram-m393t2950bg0-.jpg

Also I have found a lot of answers here what does 512MG 1Rx8 PC2-4200U-444-12 mean
But still I did not find any answer what C1 could mean.

Also, TDiT said:
1Rx8: The number of memory modules per stick ("1" "R"ow of "8")
In my case I have 1Rx4 and as you can see on the picture there are 9 memory modules on the side, or total 18 pcs on both sides.
Could you clear what exactly is 1Rx4?

Solution
Your photo isn't clear enough to distinguish the numbers on the individual chips but that will help you identify what you have. Take a look at the following links and you can probably figure it out.

1Rx4 relates to internal structure organization and 4 bit width.

C1 is either a temperature range or a reference design revision.

Label & Code Information

DDR2 Part Number Decoder

The latter is for the number on the RAM chips rather than the label.

1Rx4 means that the logical organization of the DIMM is such that it is constructed from SDRAM chips that have four data pins each. The data channel width is 64 bits (this is fixed on all modern PCs) so sixteen SDRAM chips are tied together with their data pins concatenated to form a single rank. The remaining two chips are for ECC.

1Rx8 and 2Rx8 are much more common in consumer desktops. These typically have eight SDRAM chips on either side of the PCB forming one or two ranks.
