Hey guys
So I'm unsure about what exactly is failing in my system but its time to find out what could be causing these issues as I need to slowly upgrade my system anyway.
So what usually takes 10 seconds to boot took 10 minutes today, also when it did boot I clicked start and it just sat there loading for minutes, I have done a lot of recording, editing and rendering on this rig which usually takes up most of the ram and cpu so unsure if it could be that, the only old parts I have in there are the motherboard and cpu so I may just upgrade them anyway, all the other parts I have bought myself over the past year or 2.
I have never had a cpu cooler either so unsure if that may have lowered its life, though the temperatures never really got high. Though I do have a good fan setup for my case.

My Specs:
Intel core i5-4430 @ 3.0GHz
Gigabyte H87M-HD3
Corsair Vengeance 8GB
Corsair Enthusiast 750W PSU
Samsung 840 Evo 250GB (OS and programs)
Samsung 840 Evo 500Gb (Games)
Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD (Recording)
Nvidia Windforce GTX 780 3GB OC
Corsair Carbide 300R Case (windowed)
Xonar D1 Sound Card

Usually best thing to do is go ahead and remove everything that is unnecessary for boot from the board everything but your OS SSD Ram Cpu and Psu if you can even try using your integrated gpu if you can if the problem still persist then at least you've narrowed it down although SSD's don't fail very often it could be your SSD or a bad ram module you can take a ram module out see if that solve it if not switch them out see if that solves it.

Update: I just got home and a few things I forgot to add was that my pc's slowness and temporary crashes are random, as earlier I had 20 minutes to download and boot samsung magician, well even with a fast internet I couldn't get it running in that time, just got home and it booted instantly this time, it has had this kind of randomness these past few days. Anyway I tested my SSD, did a performance test and it said its of good health, I never optimised my ssd so I did that and I activated rapid mode after that, I also made a usb boot drive for future as I've always forgotten to back up my system.
I forgot to mention before that I had malware found on my system that previous malware software had missed, well after I noticed my pc being slow I decided to check and 3 things were detected and deleted from within my C drive, I really hope that the malware hasn't caused any permanent issues. If it's not I'm pretty sure it can't be anything other than cpu, ram or mobo as the cpu/ram are the only old parts I kept, the slowness was also in trying to process and complete tasks, from my experience I'm sure that the psu wouldn't be causing an issue like this either.

Just attempted to render a video in sony vegas pro and it displayed a warning message to prevent information loss saying your computer is low on memory. Save your files and close this program.
So I don't get what this means exactly. Does this mean I need new ram?

I ended up buying some memory anyway because I had some spare cash this month, I bought myself 16GB, also since I have 8gb currently and always wanted to upgrade, so this brings new questions how can I ensure that this isn't some sort of memory leak and that it isnt going to quickly fill my 16GB ram, how is it that my current 8gb has run out of memory? When I tried to render the video last night I had task manager open and the ram stayed under 80% and was sitting at 39% while idle
