Can my power supply handle my graphics card?

So I just recently bought a GTX 750 FTW and installed it to my computer. The fans work but the graphics card isnt detected. So I started thinking the problem was with my power supply. I really dont know the name but I have a picture of it. https://imageshack.com/i/ipnG674Nj
Is this enough to explain it? Do I need to buy a new power supply?

Oh I forgot to add, the graphic card needs a minimum of 400w. It says on the box, at least.

Should be enough are you plugged into the yellow 12V 25A rail? I would update it just to make sure it probably is the problem.

You made sure to push the card all the way down into the slot until the locking arm on the mobo snaps into place?

And make sure you plug the monitor into the card, not the mobo
