Laptop not recognizing keyboard and touchpad/mouse properly

I left my computer running on the log-in section for six hours (I fell asleep right after turning it on). Ever since I started it up again in the morning, my keystrokes and mouse clicks are mostly unrecognized. If I wait a few minutes (timing changes), it returns to normal, but it then randomly switches back and forth between the correct and problem layout.

Things that happen:
Double-clicking opens up Properties for the folder or file (on the mouse and touchpad). (Single-clicking and right-clicking works fine on the mouse and touchpad.)
"Down" button is "Backspace."
"S" does something where, at log-in, it selects the "Shut Down" menu.
"E" is the "Windows" key.
Most keys don't work at all. (Caps Lock, Shift, and Ctrl still work.)

1. Yes, I do have Korean and Japanese inputs set up, as well as Dvorak, with the standard English keyboard set up as Default. I've switched back and forth between these to see if it fixes the error, but it doesn't. As of now, it's always been on the default keyboard setting, when it has errors and doesn't. (I've used this same setting for a year now, and haven't changed anything.)
2. This is a software issue, not a physical issue. (I haven't tested this with the keyboard, but I just bought a mouse, which has the same issues as the touchscreen, as stated above.)
3. I've tried using the On-Screen Keyboard multiple times, but it has all of the same errors as the physical keyboard.
4. I've scanned for viruses with AVG Antivirus, and it came up clean.
5. I've tried updating the keyboard driver, and it's up to date. (I've also tried uninstalling the driver, but I don't think anything happened.)
6. It switched while I was typing this post.
7. I've restarted the computer multiple times.

Do any of you know what I could do to fix this?

EDIT:
My computer is an HP ENVY 6-1014NR 15.6-inch, Windows 7.

I've run two different cleaners, including Ccleaner, as per your request.
I've reset the computer multiple times.
I installed some unimportant updates that were waiting and I installed new graphics card drivers, just in case.
It's still giving me the wrong inputs.

Now to the fun part:
My computer was set to not give any space for System Restore Points, which is strange, because I never accessed this area before. There were no points the computer could find as well.
I changed the setting to give up to 22GB and tried creating new Restore Points multiple times, in between computer resets, and none of them stayed.

It looks like all I can do now is either find and fix the problem or reinstall Windows.
Do you have any more ideas? Is there somewhere to directly check out the keyboard software... things?
