Does the HP Pavilion 17'' Notebook PC have a removable bottom?

Hiya!

So I'm not too familiar with the 17-f084ca model by HP and currently have a corrupt hard drive that needs to be replaced.

I was wondering how? and if it's possible to remove the bottom plate to access the hard drive and replace it with a new one.

Getting into the laptop will involve removing the bottom of the case. If you post a pic of it, I can be more specific.

If you just slap in a new hard drive, you will not have an OS, unless you have the recovery discs. Do you have the Windows sticker on the bottom with the activation code?
