I bought 2 new sticks of DDR3 ram for my motherboard and my PC will only boot with 1 of the sticks but once i put the other one in it wont display anything. When i try to boot it with just the second one the power just cycles. Could the stick be bad?

Try booting with one first, If this works,insert the 2nd stick and Turn you're computer off and remove the CMOS battery, Wait a few minutes then insert the battery into the motherboard and power your pc on, If the issue is fixed be sure to come back, if the issue consists, It could be an issue with drivers or faulty, Also be sure to check that each stick is running at the same speed
