What is the most quiet power supply?

I am looking for a 750w psu. I need it to be quiet, and the corsair AX, HXi and AXi are too expensive for me, the rm is rubbish, currently im looking into the Super Flower Leadex Gold 750w but I have no idea if it is loud or not. Any recommendations?

Super Flower is just so dangerous to the competition right now with this platform it's almost scary. Here we have a unit that performs like the best I have ever seen at a price point very few competitors can match. Right now, should any company in the North American market really throw their weight behind this platform (I'm looking at you, EVGA) and go Leadex across the board, well, they'd be on the fast track to market domination. When you only have the likes of Seasonic to really compete with for performance, and yet can beat all their prices, you've got it made, bub.

By reading this review I can pretty much GUESS that this is tier 1
