hello,
my pc is intel dual core ddr2,intel g31/g33 express chipset family by gigabyte.please give me reply whether ddr3 graphic card will work on my system

Solution
yes, as long as they're the same PCI-E slot there should be no issue, but there is a smal chance that with such old hardware, drivers etc. will not work too well

(G)DDR graphics memory has absolutely nothing to do with DDR system memory. You can easily install a DDR2/DDR3/DDR4/DDR5 graphics card into a motherboard with an available PCI-Ex16 graphics card slot and DDR/DDR2/DDR3 system memory slots.

Hello. Please do not resurrect threads more than a couple months old (this one is almost five years). If you have a question, we'd prefer it if you started your own thread about it rather than raising one from the dead.
