Hey everybody, first time poster on this site because I didn't manage to fix that issue myself.. Tryed with some thread's surfing without success.

I've recently buyed a new Pc assembled by myself, I've managed to install the OS (Windows 7 64x) and downloaded some driver from the Asus's website (Chipset, Ai3 Utility, Realtek HD Studio, Usb Booster) and everything works just fine apart from speakers !

Specifications:

Cpu Intel i7 5820k
Motherboard Asus x99-S
Gpu Asus Strix 970
Ram 4Gb x 2 Ballistix Sport 2400 Mhz

The front panel works with headphones (haven't tryed with speakers yet, will tomorrow) but the back panel has an issue with speakers (only device I tryed):
Everything is maxed out but the sound is extremely low, I have to put my hear by the side of the speaker to hear something (the sound seems right, it's just too low).
I tryed different solutions without any sort of achievement:
1. uninstalled every sound driver and reloaded - they just reinstalled automatically, Realtek included
2. turned Bios HD audio OFF - couldn't install Realtek without it, and the volume menu gave the "no device" error
3. Turned off the Gtx 970 Audio Driver - see the first point
4. Tryed pretty much every option on Realtek - nothing happened

Don't know what else to do.. Maybe a service or something has been turned off by mistake but in all fairness I just can't figure this out..
With no sound at all Some idea could come to my mind, but with this overly-quiet sound practically un-hearable I can't get anything

Thanks in advance for any answer coming in :)

you say headphones work fine, but speakers are too low.

What speakers are you using? do they have a volume control on them? .. if not, then chances are you will need some kind of amplifier to boost the signal.

If your speakers DO have a volume control, check that they are plugged into power somewhere.

You will need some speakers with a built-in amplifier (or hook it up to your home stereo system, but thats a whole different can of worms).

something like one of these.

Its true that headphones do work right Now but in a different jack that's is (frontal one)

Speakers are plugged for power and do have a built-in amplifier: everything is controlled by a little device to increase / decease the power of the sound, turning'em on and off, or switching from Aux to Blootooth signal recognition

I also have to say that those are thE same speakers I did use on my previous pc and they worked just fine, also tryed with my phone and the audio quality and loudness is optimal
