Can't update BIOS via Windows 7.

I'm trying to update my BIOS, and when I try and use the .exe file, it says there is a compatibility issue, and this folders not supported by Win7.

never use windows to update the bios you brick your mb. expand the files to a usb stick or your hard drive. then boot into the bios and go to the utlilty tab in the efi bios. there you see the mb bios updater. click on it then point the bios updater to the unzipped file on your usb stick or hard drive. let it run and reboot. before you run it on the main efi web page check that the bios file your updating is newer then the bios file on the mb.
