Looking To Buy A Monitor Around The $250-$300 Price Point

The Monitor Is Going To Be Used For Mainly Video/Picture Editing & Casual Gaming

Here Are The Requirements I Need:

22" Or Higher Display (24" Seems To Be The Sweet Spot For Most People)
1920x1080 Resolution (At The Very Least)
HDMI Output (DVI Is A Plus Too)
IPS Display (Sorry No TF Panels)
60Hz Refresh Rate (At The Very Least)
8ms or Lower Response Time (Don`t Want Lag)
Built-In Speakers (I Really Want Speakers, But Is Not A Deal Breaker)
USB Ports (Not Really But Is A Plus)
Color & Contrast (Need Sharp, Amazing Color Quality Since I Work On Video Editing)
Design (Would Like A Nice Slim Bezel Deisgn, Glass Display)
Stand (Good Stand With Good Range Of Movement)

I Have Been Looking At The (Dell S Series S2415H) & (Dell Ultrasharp U2415)

Also If Want To Recommend A Monitor That Is Over My Budget Say $400 It Would Need To Have Specs Or Features That Justify The Cost

UPDATE: I Narrowed My Choices To The Dell S2415H & The Asus VG248QE If Anyone Can Help Me Decide Or Suggest A Monitor Better Then These Would Be Very Appreciated, Thank You :)

I don't think you will find a better monitor in your price range. The ASUS you mentioned is a TN panel which is why its refresh rate is so high. The Dell is a great monitor and I have a 24" S series like it at home along with an LG IPS of the same size. The Dell has much better colors than the LG.

There is a whole lot of new monitor technology being released and with your mid range budget if you can I would say hold out for something more interesting like the higher refresh rate IPS displays or more affordable 1440 monitors.
