windows 7 corrupted?

My windows 7 won't work I accidently deleted the .dll files no files were able to open then windows went into an infinite startup repair loop and never letteing me get into my windows

Boot from your Windows install disk and try Repair.

If that doesn't work, you might need to do a full reinstall.

Don't have a CD when I bought the pc it was installed and no disc it was a legit copy though it had its own authentication number

Thanks but I can't even get into my windows to download it so how would I do this...?
