Numbers on RAM label don't seem to be timings. Where to try next?

Hi,

I'd like to configure my RAM properly, unfortunately the sticks don't seem to have the timings printed on them.

I'm guessing the numbers 97-64-47 aren't anything to do with my timings.

A Google search of the model code Integral "in3t4gnabkx" throws up very little, but I did find a spec sheet from the Integral website saying my sticks have a CAS Latency of 11. That leaves me needing my tRCD, tRP, tRAS - etc.

I've emailed Integral but had no reply, is there anything else I can do to ascertain this information?

Thanks in advance.

D'oh, picked wrong best answer. Sorry emdea22, I'm also tired and blindly chose the first reply without realising all the data wasn't there.

Good effort none the less Leigh, much appreciated.

11-11-11-11 worked, great, the other two values prevented the system from posting. I'm new to RAM timings and still trying to get my head around the concepts.

What I can tell you though is that with the data you provided I've finally been able to stabilize a 4.2ghz overclock on my i7 870. Previously it would fail in Prime95 with anything above 4ghz and RAM timings set to auto.

You've been really helpful, thank you very much!
