According to G.Skill memory search here, the memory selected in PartPicker is not listed in the list of compatible memory for the Z97 Extreme 3 motherboard.
However, the memory may still be compatible, as all memory combinations may not have yet been tested. The memory could be tried and see if it works, but slight adjustment of voltage and/or timings may be necessary to get the memory to work. If it doesn't work then return under RMA and get known compatible memory such as this, instead.
