Haven't purchased the parts yet, so time to make changes.

I would go with the EVGA 970 SC ACX 2.0. It's the same price as the other cards but with a great cooling unit that only activates at 60C or more and it's already overclocked for you. The rest seems fine.

Yea but the cooler in of itself is better. To be honest, it doesn't matter which one you get but the EVGA can squeeze out a little more performance especially because it's already overclocked.
