20 pin or 20 + 4 pin on my Maximus VII Hero?

This may be a dumb question, but my motherboard cable from the PSU has a 20 pin along with an extra 4 pin split off from it. Do I plug both the 20 and the 4 into my mobo, or just just the 20? The extra 4 pin has little notches that don't seem to want to line up...

Thank you!

850 watt EVGA PSU

You definitely have to put all the pins. Try lining up the +4 pin properly they will go in. You have to connect the entire 20+4 pin connector otherwise your mobo wont get power.
