Can i overclock fx8320 with cooler master Hyper 412 Slim cpu cooler with Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P mobo ? or can fx6300 be overclocked with same hardware ?

Solution
Cooler and 6300 will be better In my opinion. 6300 and 8320 perform pretty much the same in most games at stock settings. You'll be able to OC higher with the 6-coee so it would potentially be a faster CPU.

You can probably do light overclocks for both but the FX 8320 is already a 125W CPU while the FX 6300 is a 95W. Both are 3.5GHz CPUs. You will get higher OCs from the FX 6300 because of the smaller TDP. One thing you should keep in mind that the 970A-DS3P's Power Phase design isn't great so you won't get high overclocks like on 6+2, 8+2, 12+2 designs. If you want a 8-Core FX and live in the US look at the FX 8310 that is 95W but only 100MHz (.1GHz) slower than the FX 8320. It can be had as low as $80 after MIR and other savings.

To maximize the cooling from the Hyper 412 you want to have two fans working in push/pull. You can probably overclock both the FX 6300 and FX 8310 to 4GHz without or very little voltage increases. FX 8320. If you have a 2.0 model of the DS3P it will support all FX and Phenom/Athlon Processors right out of the box. If you have a 1.0 model you will need a BIOS update for the FX 8310, 8320E, 8370E, 8370

The motherboard in your link is the GA 970A DS3P. That motherboard doesn't have a heatsink on the VRM so you will want to cool it well when you begin to OC (small heatsink/fan). You would achieve higher overclocks with the FX 6300. If you can find a FX 8310, 8320E, 8370E at similar price as the FX 6300 they would be a better choice.

There is a chance that the Hyper 412 would be enough but the Thermaltake Water 3.0 would be much better.

You are right. I guess the picture in the link the OP provided had no heatsinks (looked like an older motherboard).

In that case you should be able to hit 4.2GHz pretty easy on both cooler. Since the motherboard supports 125W CPUs and the fastest being the FX 8350/8370 with a baseclock of 4GHz you could probably reach 4.4-4.5GHz on an FX 8-Core and higher with a FX 6-Core like an FX 6300.

*Sapphire R7 260x 2GB DDR5
Now What mobo will u recommend among these 2-
*GA 970A DS3P OR

OF course I'll try to overclock cpu upto 4.5-4.6. So for the final time what do yo suggest ?

Get a better GPU. R7 265 minimum or get a R9 270.

MSI 970 Gaming is the superior motherboard in my opinion. It's the newest AM3+ motherboard, it looks good, and it has a 6+2 Power Phase design compared to the 4+1/4+2 of the DS3P. You would get better overclocks and stability with the 970 Gaming. Additionally the sound will probably be a little better with the MSI 970 Gaming
