r9 270x black screen on power up

aMD FX-8350 Vishera 4.0GHz Eight-Core CPU, GIGABYTE 990FX MOBO, HyperX 8GB MEM, MSI Radeon R9 270X 2GB, WD Blue 1TB HDD, Rosewill Stallion 700W PSU, Rosewill REDBONE U3 Case <--- i just bought all that together but when i power up the pc all the fans work even the ones on the 270x card, but there are no beeps or anything and the moniter is still blank and dosent start up, what could be the problem? Also i tried hdmi, and both the 6pins are connected properly. I also dried both the dvis that come with the card and 3 diffrent moniters. yet i dont know what causing the problem

I followed the manual completly, it is all connected, my dad graduated collage in computer science, and he still couldnt figure it out, so im reaching out to people here to try and help me :) everything is done right by the manual, and i have it plugged into the pci 3.0x slot, and i tried the 2.0 slot and still hasnt changed, i konw theres enough power because everything boots up and dosent turn off, just no video to the moniter.

okie ill try with one stick of ram now, and yeah the mother board is GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD5 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard (Model:GA-990FXA-UD5)

The problem is you won't be able to do so without video signal to the Monitor , you won't be able to see anything.
