The GTX 750 is a much better card than the R7 250.

The 750 is the stronger card of the two. In fact, theGTX 750 is nearly 50% faster.

ok for medium detail settings.
Better if you can wait a few weeks and get the recently released GTX 960.
I would also be wary of the "400W" no-name power supply.
