Hey everybody I'm very new to building gaming pc's and need help to build one!
I have a budget of £600 and needs to include monitor and os and able to run arma 3, CS GO, minecraft and DayZ on high to ultra settings?

Solution
This would work better. You don't need the cpu cooler. A gtx 960 is about 10% better than the gtx 760. Dual ram is about 15% better than a single stick.

This is a quiet and power efficient build which should run those games on ultra.

Honorable
A 600 buck build with os and a monitor is like a 400 one without peripherals.
You need to lower your expectations of what you will get out of your build.
Nevertheless this build is indeed a good build which will handle games on high on 1080p with some settings turned down with good fps but the fact that games like arma, watchdogs and ac unity are terribly optimised dosen't help.
