My H60 stopped working after Installing new Mobo

I changed my motherboard to an Asus Maximus VII, once i installed it i noticed my H60 wasn't working at all! my temps idle were going up to 85c which tells me the H60 wasn't working at all. I connected the wires into the correct places, so is there something in the Bios settings that needs to be changed? Its only now after getting a new motherboard that my H60 cooler just doesnt work at at all

The rad fan is working as for the pump its quite but every few seconds it will make a chugging sound, it doesn't sound healthy but im not sure if its suppose to sound like that

IF you connected all the wires including the pump wires correctly I would say this- Maybe moving it somehow damaged the waterblock/pump. Personally I think the closed loops are pretty much garbage. Except for the new Swiftech models which have real pumps and cpu waterblocks.
