hi my knowledge on Motherboards and power supplies is very low so i need some hel finding the best components to finish my build off.

Alright, this would not work, the fx series do not have included gpus.
What is this for and what is your max budget?

i like the psu but would the mobo be good enough? i currently have a msi 970 g43 which is a similar price and deemed bad for the fx8350.

I would change the board to an MSI 970 gaming. It is a better board than the Asrock Pro3. This is how I would do it.
