Hello,
I could use some help picking out an affordable graphics card (along with several other folks, it seems), if you have any suggestions...
I'll be using this for occasional video editing (mostly breaking down about 30 minutes of DSLR video into 3-10 minute clips for online classes, etc). No 3-D or anything fancy... I just want to free up my RAM for other applications and speed up rendering time.
I'm looking at the EVGA GeForce GT 730, but I'm tempted to go a step up from that. My new Dell Optiplex 7020 says it has a maximum output of 255 Watts (I believe continuous).
Most cards I'm looking at seem to require 300-400 Watts. Am I limited by this power supply? Or am I just not reading it correctly?
Thanks!
Sharon
