Message on PC Partpicker when I selected this memory

The Kingston Beast 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-2400 Memory operating voltage of 1.65V exceeds the Intel Haswell Refresh CPU recommended maximum of 1.5V+5% (1.575V). This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.5V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the Intel recommended maximum.

Solution
It will mean that the memory won't run @2400mhz and will be lowered to meet the maximum 1.5V for Haswell. It may run @2100 or 1866, whatever caps @1.5V

The JEDEC DDR3 standard supply voltage is 1.5 volts +/- 5%. For DDR3L it is 1.35 volts +/- 5%

Memory controllers are designed and tested around this voltage level and these values should be observed whenever stability is important. Higher performance levels can be obtained by increasing the supply voltage, but this may increase instability.

Haswell can easily go above 1.5 volts. Intel's upper limit for the DDR3 supply is around 1.8 volts and the upper limit for the IMC supply is around 1.4 volts. Staying within the JEDEC standard is merely recommended for maximum stability and maximum interoperability.
