with a dual core 53W cpu like that it shouldnt have any heat problems I would stick with what comes with it but if you are thinking of overclocking it then just get a Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo or plus they are both cheap air coolers but everyone likes them for there price-performance ratio. they are cheap but they perform like a mid-high range cpu cooler

For a lot of motherboards, the Hyper 212 Evo will get in the way of tall RAM heat-spreaders. This is especially true on cheaper Intel boards.

We need to know
1. The case
2. The motherboard
3. The RAM

before we can say for certain
