400-600 pound gaming/editing PC?!

Im looking to be building a gaming pc for 400-600 pounds, lower the price to performance, the better! I would love a pc which can stream games to twitch with no buffering, manages quick rendering and being able to play 1080p 60+ FPS on bf4 and GTA 5 etc!

I build on pc part picker would be needed! And no cpus under i5 2nd gen as the elgato hd60 software does not work with below that!
