Ok... this is really weird to me and I would love to hear from people with solutions.

Ok I have this flash drive 32G and every time I copy some file if copy's it, I can see it, then when I come out of the drive and go back in (the folder is there) but when I click on it ITS GONE! Or, a picture or something is there and I click on it and it's gone. However, the drive will TAKE the space for the file! Takes the space gives NO files.

ANYONE who can suggest a remedy please! You can also email me directly to <Removed by Moderator>

Thank you for your time,

Terrry

Agreed.
I wouldn't run the malware scan though since no EXE should auto run on insertion of a USB drive anyway. I'd simply format as NTFS (Full format as said) within Windows.

Some USB drives have issues formatting but we can deal with that if it happens.

There's a lot of crappy drives so I always recommend a quality brand (there's also fake drives too that look real.

Finally, you definitely should test on a DIFFERENT COMPUTER if you have not done so.

hello,

thank you for answering... Its a pretty decent drive. I mean it copies the darn file, I SEE it, and then for no
reason at all (the file is there) I click on it, and it says " no file " or now pictures come out all choppy.
I am going to LOSE it dude!!! trk387
