Blank web page/connection time out on wifi network

I have a Netgear 1111WA or 150 wireless USB 2.0 router hooked up to my Dell Optiplex GX620, with all the latest drivers installed and I can see many networks in my area but when I try to connect to one my webpages cannot connect and it says connection timed out.

I have both Firefox and IE with the setting of no proxy enabled and my firewall turned off, still cannot connect. Please help me resolve this. Thanks.

P.S. PC/router can find networks and signal strength but WebPages are still blank and cannot connect.

Thanks guys, I now have xfinity wifi and don't mind sharing it but the issue is resolved, the wifi comes and goes but generally is now working better since I stopped using that long cord and plugged it directly into the back of my Dell Iptiplex GX620's PC USB 2.0 port.

The speeds are fast to very fast as well.

I will update any drivers as needed.
