Fix Tall CPU Cooler

I just bought a cooler master hyper 212 evo heatsink for my cpu and am nervous it wont fit in my case with the panel on. Is there a fix for that?

Im living in a college dorm and dust and cleanliness is certainly an issue, ideally ill want to leave it on.

CM says the cooler is 159mm and deepcool says the case has 165mm of cooler space.

Should be a tight, but should fit.
