What is a better gaming pc a Ironside Minion Ultra or a 2014 Mage?

Which is a better gaming pc, I will want to know which is better on performance running next gen gaming that are coming out this year. Also can you describe the fps if possible, if these aren't good gaming pc can you give me a link/name of a good gaming pc, I'm on a budget no greater than $1000 (needs to be pre-build). Also is the 2014 Mage a Pre-build PC. Thank you for any response.
