Hello

Package Included:
1 x 512MB PC133 SDRAM Desktop Memory Ram

When I install this module into motherboard
PC will not start only beeping 3x (memory problem)
I have another 512 MB SDRAM module from apacer and this module worsk withtou any problem
I need upgrade from 512 on 2x512
but when I order any module from ebay noone is working any idea why ?

I cant find cheap NEW 512 MB apacer modules now.
Becouse they are discontinued

Could anyone help me or explain technically
why one module is working and another not working ?

PS: I tested new modules from ebay in another desktop they are working fine there
Also GoldMemory 4 memory tests are OK
Only not working in HP Vectra VL420 Desktop PC.

yes, I tried new 512 module alone in motherboard - buzzy sound and 3x beeps
trying move it from bank1 to bank2 and bank3 nothing helps

Also tried mixing new 512 module with old 512 module and
swap possitions nothing helps.
Bios doesnt provide any tweakking for memory voltages or any info
also is not possible go to BIOS when is module inside becouse PC not ativate video output
only beeeping

I upgraded BIOS from 2001 on latest on 2005 (AMI BIOS) also not helps...
I have any other idea what is wrong or why new ebay memory is working in OEM
lowcost MB and not working in i845 or i854 based HP motherboard.

Upgrade of this pc is not real there is Special industrial SW licence locked on HW.
Sw is working fine now but PC is slow we need minimmum 1.5GB and there are only 3 banks. When was there 1.2 or 1.5GB RAM PC had pretty good performance now is like snail. This is the main reason why I am trying find NEW module for this computer.
