Hello.

I'm planing on buying a New GPU for my System, becuse the GPU I'am using atm. is bad, i have the GT 640 2GB, and its unplayable on some Games, and its very slow.

Now I was planing on getting one of those GPU's:

SAPPHIRE TOXIC R9 270X 2GB GDDR5 WITH BOOST (UEFI)
or
PALIT GEFORCE GTX 660 TI JETSTREAM (NE5X66TH1049-1043J)

My System Specs:

Processor: AMD Athlon X4 750K Quad Core Processor 3.80 GHz
RAM: 8.00 GB
System: Windows 8 (64bit)
Motherboard: ASUSTeK AMD F2A85-V
Currect GPU: GT 640 2GB

Monitor: 2x AOC e2450Swda 1920x1080

Witch one would it be worth getting?
How would it preform in Games like Battlefield 4, ArmA 2, ArmA 3, DayZ SA? (On witch Settings & FPS?)

Solution

Yes you'll be able to Run BF4 ultra (without AA). The results in my previous post was at Ultra.
As for Arma, most of them are pretty un-optimised and buggy so your results may vary.

As for recording: You'll probably drop down to 30fps in BF4 while recording. If you want no FPS drop then you may benefit from buying a separate capture card.

-good luck

Pretty much those 2, In my Country they have a Offer of 135€ for the GTX 660 Ti & for the R9 270x 140€.
Its very Cheap for those GPU's, what would you think to get out of those Cards/System and how would it Preform to the Games?

I'd suggest the 660ti over the r9 270x, it's faster than the r9 270x and also requires less watts to run.
Depending on prices by the way.

With this card in BF3 you can expect about 95fps average on the 660ti and 85 on the r9 270x.
BF3 likes Nvidia cards better and also that the 660ti is slightly more powerful gives the 660ti 10fps difference in BF3.
In BF4 the 660ti gives about 41fps average compared to the 42fps on the r9 270x.

I'd still suggest the 660ti over the r9 270x, but if you can find the GTX 760 OR the new GTX 960 for just a little more. I would go for them instead.

-good luck
