Any advice will really appreciate, I don't found that GPU on PCPartPicker so I customly added it, here is a link of that:

I want to do gaming in three 4k monitors and also some multiplayer online. ...Any advice, (actually I live in India and wondering about the shipment of Newegg and such websites, will they ship successfully? )....:)

Solution
I would suggest you to get gaming monitors with 144 Hz refresh rate.
rest of the build are pretty kick ass

I would have chosen an ASUS RAMPAGE V EXTREME for the mobo

better keyboard and mouse

its extreme alright an extreme waste of good money... not being funny mate but thats the kind of pc that people who have more money than sense buy.
a single ultra wide sscreen would be a better option.
a 1tb ssd will be more than enough for 4-5 months of constant downloads (it takes me around 3 months to fill up 1tb with data from my 50Mbps line. as i dont keep everything a download. seriously in 5 years i havet filled all 3 of my 1tb drives to the point i would need another. its come close but i always found something i could delete to make more room for the next nights 20-35gig of downloads)

the 5930k is a very nice cpu but will be mostly wasted on gaming build. fair enough if you do a lot of video editing and productivity but for gaming it is overkill.
the dell screens are also very nice but a waste of money... a single 980 just isnt strong enough to max out the latest games and run on that screen.
you would need 2gpus for each screen. so if you cant max out the games your gonna get a lesser experience than some 1 who payed a lot less for there build. like i said wasted money.
32gigs of ram is just not needed. it will just sit there wasting power. 8-16 gig max for gaming.
as its for gaming you would be wise to get slower ram with lower latencies. it will save you money and give more performance in games.

Pls suggest a good keyboard and mouse and headphone for me. ... I will see is that components available on Indian sites like flipkart and snapdeal. And if no, will try Amazon, Newegg and eBay international retailers. Newegg ships to India as well. ...

And I just want to 3 small sized monitor or a big above 75" Monitor or TV. Which is better one? Also can the GPUs will work on 3 5k monitors, ( just like a simulation, lol,)....

And no, it will not waste of money because I will not change the main components for some years like GPU, mobo, ram and cpu (can't say about cpu) so it will be beneficial for future also.

If you want extreme performance i would rather go into workstation segment:
ASUS Z10PE-D16 SSI EEB $314
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132257R
2x Intel Xeon E5-1630 v3 $725
http://www.superbiiz.com/detail.php?name=E5-1630V3&c=CJ
4x Crucial CT8G4RFS4213 8GB DDR4 2133 ECC
$428 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=12K-00WZ-00008

Also for such 3xSLI i would really search for a proper case... that Cooler Master looks like a Chinese joke next to 16k$+ build.

if you had such monies, i'd advise you to call the hardware store and have them advice you; they will even massage your shoulders while assembling the parts in front of you;

i am not sure if you spotted it durgesh, but you are annoying some of the readers here; i have nothing against you, but a USD 16k build, really?

Edit: just fyi, i doubt if you can buy the parts online, cause you will hit the Reserve Bank transaction ceiling with your 10,00,000 rupees order and also may trigger credit card theft alert

If you're going to spend what some people make in a year on a pc, then you might as well go for the g1 gaming gigabyte cards and custom cool them yourself. The water force set up is bulk, messy, and ridiculosly over-priced for what you'd be able to achieve doing it yourself.

On a side note, and just for personal clarification, why are you spending close to 20k on a pc? You can build a monster of a pc for less than half the cost of what you're currently spending. To me, it seems like this is some sort of elaborate troll or you're showing off. There's honestly no other reason within logical boundaries that someone would spend 20 on a pc to "future proof" it.

And forgive me, but there are far more noble things to invest in, like charitable organizations than wasting an ass ton of money on something that is realistically going to last you ~6 years. Even with that amount of hardware, people will be able to out-benchmark that machine once the next genration of cpu's and graphics card come out, and for wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy less money.

Good luck to you. Have fun wasting all that cash.
