(Gigabyte Z77M-D3H) and (MSI Radeon HD7730) compatibility

I have a:
Motherboard - Gigabyte Z77M-D3H
and
VGA - MSI Radeon HD7730 (1GB GDDR5/128bit)

And question is: Can this VGA run on my motherboard? I Really plugged it into PCI 3.0 slot, but don't see any thing on display (Mobo still working well with an old card 1024 MBNVIDIA GeForce 210 right now).

I'm using windows 8.1. If I flashback to F13, will we get any problem?


I have a Corsair VS550. Does it enough?
And then, MSI HD7730 still doesn't appear whenever I plug it into mobo, I must use Gigabyte Geforce 210 for my work while waiting for a solution :(
