how can i knock off system reboot from the bios or im guessing its from there, every time i shutdown about 3sec later its knocks itself on again and iv to plug out the plug to stop it turning on, my motherboard is MSI Z68A-G43 (G3) (MS-7750)

I see that you are having an issue of Auto-turn on after power failure. You should go into BIOS settings and turn off the feature which might be looking as 'Power failure' .... It will solve your problem.
