How can i update my bios for my M5A78L motherboard without getting onto the computer since my screen wont display and its because my bios are not updated to work with my FX 6300 CPU?

This says you need bios 1401 to use your CPU.
https://www.asus.com/ae-en/Motherboards/M5A78L/HelpDesk_CPU/

If your MB has an older bios, you have to install an older CPU that the bios supports, then update the bios to at least 1401, and then install your FX 6300 CPU.

but the reason my screen doesnt display could this be because of my BIOS version for CPU
? BIOS version is 1501 and CPU is 1401
