I would like to know if all of this would work together I have had them in separate, but don't know if they would work togethe

It's compatible but I don't recommend mixing different ram you can have compatibility issues because they don't tend to work well together. Also if you already have 12GB that's more than enough unless you just linked to the 12GB version of corsair. All you can do is run it and find out for yourself. Actually says on Newegg's site 12GB is the max for that mobo.

Give them a try if you have them (4GB sticks in 1-3-5 and the other in 2-4-6), will prob have to increase DRAM and QPI/VTT voltages, and will need an OC on your CPU.
