I'm wanting to update my bios, as i have never done so, and i'm also pretty clueless about doing so. I've tried reading up guides, but i'm scared of all the warning signs!
This is what i found when i typed in my motherboard make on the downloads section,

my current version is F7 (http://puu.sh/f9ckj/4589526f73.jpg) << i think anyway.
Any help will be greatly appreciated as i don't want to rush into anything!
