I'm going to buy the RipjawsX Series 8GB PC3-17000 Dual Channel DDR3 Kit for my motherboard but i don't know if the sticks of ram work with my motherboard.

My motherboard is a Gigabyte Z77-D3H

They will be fine with your mobo, to run them at 2133 will prob require a K model CPU (possibly with a slight OC (depending on the CPU i.e. a 2500K may need an OC, a 3770K might not ;) ) any problems give a shout ;)

I have little doubt that you will be fine.
To be absolutely certain, go to the G.skil web site and access their ram selection guide.
Enter your motherboard and see if that kit is on the supported list.
If any issue arises, you will then get G.skil support.
