Hello all,
Yesterday i bought a new gaming computer off of craigslist. The computer that i bought blows my current rig out of the water but, the new computer has a 1tb HDD installed. My current rig has a SSD with my OS and everything else on it. I would like to move my SSD from my old rig to the new rig and keep the 1TB drive as an overflow drive. What is the best way to do this? I know the new rig has a great bios and I'm not sure if the bios will automatically install to the new drive. and since i bought on craigslist i don't have the mobo dvd.

Solution
You need to do a full reinstall with the new hardware.
It might work otherwise, but a fresh install is highly recommended.

You can find all the motherboard drivers at the manufacturers website.

Note that your old PC now has no OS.

Even if you get lucky and manage to get the new system to boot with the old SSD/OS installation, the registry will be a mess and you will need to install all new drivers for the new motherboard and any other devices that may be connected to the board. Do a clean install.

With the new gaming computer off of craigslist, you need to completely reinstall the OS and applications.
You personal files can be saved elsewhere first.

Okay after I save all my files is there an easy way to wipe my drive completely?

During the new OS install is the easiest way.
Choose Custom
Delete all existing partitions
Format, and let Windows install.
