Need help getting my new pc to turn on.

ASUS P7H55-M PRO - motherboard - micro ATX - LGA1156 Socket with Intel i5 750 cpu
550 watt psu

I have tried everything... everything. When i press the power button on my case (connectors are all in correctly) nothing happens. No case fans spin...Nothing. I tested my psu and it works fine. I thought the issue was my processor so i replaced it and it still wont work. Ive tried booting with on board graphics and that didnt change anything. Please help!

Right now im running a really old gpu and i was going to upgrade it once i got everything working. I have a 550 watt psu. The MB does have a bent pin but i dont have anything to plug into that slot anyways. Nothing seems fried and what is rma?

RMA = return merchandise authorization where say for example you bought the mobo like and it didn't end up working and contacted the vender they ask you to send it back and replace you a mobo. Also is the power/reset cables correctly connected to the proper pins on the mobo?
